I might have just miss this Sell Run, but other than the Trendline of 240.15,

i dont see much indication of Bear runs.


ANyone see otherwise??


Im guessing we are in a true ranging market right now. May have to wait till 12EST

Agreed! and Cheers to all being stopped out (therefore not losing). I woke up and saw that I was stopped out . I wait for the next call when all indicators are clear. Please read Auslanco's first post on this thread on Money Management.

Since this is Auslanco's thread to teach newbies his strategy, it could be very confusing for newbies if some "experts", taking the "opportunity" of his being stopped out (which is normal in trading) and pushing their "strategies". Maybe they should start their own threads to help newbies with learning and earning $ free of charge as Auslanco is doing? Thank you in advance.

Having said that, it is great seeing that Auslanco is analysing the pair, based on his strategy, while other colleagues are using fibs and trendlines etc. to compliment or dispute his analysis in an academic (gentle) manner. This helps newbies greatly in learning how to analyse the pair's movement, using different tools .

In the final analysis, however, this thread is for newbies to follow Auslanco's line of thoughts to be the sucessful professional trader he is. We need to learn well one strategy while building up on the basics of trading (go to babypips.com). Thank you, Auslanco, for leading the thread.

Looking forward to the next signals . BR

but me thinks price will hit 241.80ish before it does anything else.....

From the strenght indexes i'm using only RSI.Could u please tell me some details about it for example how are u using it and when it gives u the best enter sign?

Hey Anybody caught that sell from the TRendline down? I missed it, seem to be good for 40-50 pip profit.


I'm still waiting on te 12EST 4HR chart to get a indication where we may be going. Trying to stay away from this range.

Hi Auslanco,

I have been following your thread for a couple of days now. Thank you for your valuable input! I did a couple of nice trades in the rangebound market today - but am looking forward to a possible breakout.

At the moment GBP/CHF is looking suspiciously at a support on 2.4300 ... if this is broken this may help the beast (GBP/JPY) a bit to test the daily lows today. However I think the real breakthrough for GBP/JPY will come if USD/JPY breaks below 118.00 ... this support has been approached several times now - if this falls, a huge reaction may follow.

My post about Momentum and the zero line is no 993 on page 67 or 68, also I could see that Glen has found something very similar to strenght indicator for MT he has an attachment on page 68, he also has some screen shots with strenght indicator and the other one Q.Q.E and they actually look identical (almost) so that's a very good news.
I also asked Asulanco about TFT, and he confirmed that TFT is something similar with PAR SAR.
So from his setings now we have:
- PAR SAR = TFT
- QQE = Strenght indicator
-Momentum 10 C
-ADX
-MACD
-5 SMA

We still need Stochastic RSI indicator and I think we can make something very similar on our MT with his VT setup.
So maybe we can work togheter and after finishing the setup we can really go into business with learning his style.
Are you with me?

Wher did the SAR PAR come from? I looked it up and found it on the MT4 but how does this one work? Its weird looking somewhat like the Bollinger.

sure.. I tried 3 different stochasticRSI indicators... but none of them produced the same line as auslanco's charts... but I haven't heard auslanco yet to mention about stochasticRSI.. so I think is not an important indicator in his list of indicators.

about the momentum values.. I think they are not as important as the slope ... just see the slope of the line.. and if there are sharp peaks.. (retracements)

I see MACD 4HR and 1HR going up.

the QQE aka Strentgh Indicator almost hit 50.


Is anyone going LONG now!!

Actually IMa still wait. Not enough indication here neither.
