The emotions never really totally go away but having a solid system that is as mechanical as possible that has consistently shown positive expectancy really keeps those emotions under control and where they need to be. I don't get excited about wins and don't care about the loses as long as I followed my plan and my rules. What helps me is to look away from the screen and ask myself "Did you follow your rules?" if yes, "Then stop worrying" if no, "Then write down what you did wrong and learn from it".
