Let's see how price reacts to this area of selling liquidity, sellers absorbed really nice there and price is moving there with what appears to be strength. Keep in mind if after hours and with the state of the union address all bets are off but the sellers should defend the zone.

Not trading just want you guys to work on strengthening your skillset . Work on your areas of interests. We have Harmonic exhaustion but, I would expect the buyers to defend the lower zone.

Sellers are trying to attack but they are not doing a great job. As expected the area should hold.

Prior to candle 1 the buyers had a nice range candle that barely traded below it's open both that one and the previous absorbed resistance nicely. Candle 1 started nicely for the sellers but the partially bought it back half way so the sellers were not able to capitalize on the absorption. Candle 2 was a very weak absorption by the sellers as they did push back the buyers but did not trade much below the open and closed neutral as a bearish doji. Candle 3 was slightly give and take on both side and no one really won it there is weakness here in this area for the sellers so I expect it to hold for the buyers.

Don't be afraid to make bold predictions as to what will happen where and before price gets there. The more you do the stronger your skills will get. Read into the candles they provide so much information.

See how I was able to predetermine the zone and that it was expected to hold? Those series of candles gave me that insight. Now to see if the upper one holds for the sellers.

Excellent dialog here let's get into it then. The first this you should use is proper terminology. You see, retail traders have a habit of using emotionally charged words like reversal and the mind want to attach a value to that. Expect a correction that is neutral. Price should correct because we have achieved harmonic exhaustion. Yes, you are correct to expect a deeper correction after all we have a weak NSH after a 100% correction which another indication of an expected deeper correction. Remember the most important thing that make price move is liquidity and what is happening there. Who is absorbing and where? Who is gaining and who is losing territory? The answers to these questions help us make adjustments. The details are in the Bar-by-Bar. Who is taking advantage of that liquidity. In this case where the sellers should be the buyers were and if you are getting absorber you cannot move dick!

Traders, this is next lever Jedi stuff. Take advantage! is there value here? Process, process, process. What do I expect vs what is happening. That is how we adjust. 5 contracts will not cause price to move so ask yourself where is there liquidity that will fill the larger orders. The big boys don't like slippage either.

The following candle is actually a nice one by the sellers but getting overwhelmingly taken by candle 3 and a second statement. The buyers are the ones winning the absorption battle at support there fore it is expected to hold. Do you see the significance of Bar-by-Bar? The amazing value this has in heling you in identifying the area of interest and also possibly on the trade management side. Everything we need to know is there. It is our job to pick up on what price tells us.

was able to peak so cheated a bit but had drawn the same conclusion that price was barely able to enter what i would call a supply zone marked at far left of chart before rejection, would not have been clear to me if it would retest before going short but expectation was for me that it was an area to short, I enjoy your charts thanks for sharing
