I've been searching and trying to figure out the use of tick and renko for a bit now. A few people have mentioned referencing offline charts as a solution for programming EAs. But, I find no examples of how to do this. My best idea is to use iHigh(), iLow(), iOpen(), iClose(), and iCustom()

For Example, if i were referencing !TickEURUSD,M133 a 133 tick EURUSD tick chart and was looking for the high of the last bar I'd go:

iHigh("!TickEURUSD",60,1)

Is this how I should go about doing it? Is there a better way to go about this? link?
