I don't really understand this. Why do you need an average of at least 200-400 pips a day?
Ignored
The potential for 200-400 won't get them all sadly, target is 200 pips per week then 2 lots / $2.60 per pip would meet min wage requirement, then up the lots Ofcourse.

Gdr32 I think it is, in the "day trading for a living" thread you will find him posting similar charts to C-12.

He is watching this thread just adopted c12's fix SL and TP scalping method.
Nothing to it, but to do it!!! Stick to the plan FOOL!!!!

C-12, if you had seen this live, trade or no trade?

Morning guys

What great level, maybe not the prettiest level structure wise but had awesome higher time frame support, was good for 30 pips+ that one! The rejection was also text book.

Here's my EJ swing trade. Took 50% off the table and I'm holding out for my targets.

You've got to be very careful shorting the EU now. For the last month it's been a no brainer to take every supply level. We could be looking at the opposite for a short / medium term rally.

Notice how supply had been chopped up through supply over the last couple of sessions and based? A breakout was coming sooner or later.

BE got hit so waiting for a clearly picture since the higher time frame has now stalled here in no mans land... If you miss the open this part of the session is quite tricky since the big move has already happened.

Some GBP affecting news coming up shortly.

Hi C-12,

If I've missed the answer please forgive me, but how do you differentiate between a swing trade and a shorter term scalp. Is it just the duration - based on Higher level timeframes for swings, or are there other parameters to consider.

Thanks

Exactly the same just duration, time frames and position size. I like to scale into a swing trade as opposed to pin pointing an exact turning point. I think the best traders can do both, scalp and swing. Although not at the same time!

Ok, thanks for the answer, but I'm still a little confused .

Perhaps I should have just asked what is a swing trade i.e. how do you define it?

And by that I mean *you*.

Thanks

Swing for me means holding a trade for more than a day... Something I hate with a passion but getting better at it.

USDJPY is in D1 supply and H1 supply close by. Not using a 6 pip on this. May not be the exact pin point entry but it's toast.

Got my 2.5 r trade in today, and I am finished. Have things to do.

lol c-12 man you just love trading, always into something. I really have to download that ea and get it on my charts cause I can not look away from the trades I am in since I am manually closing. Does the EA also allow you to have a moveable line to place for limits?

Yeah I'm having fun and making money... What can be better. Just sat here listening to Sam Seiden's webinars live right now.

That EA is pretty awesome. You can move the lines on limits also.

That level was an atr play for you??

Cause I only have one other reason why that area would have been a turning point with an s/r flip, but I dont think that was your reasoning. The level itself as a bearish whipsaw is awesome though.
