SOS here! Super strange "Stepma" indicator

Hi all,

I'm really get frustrated with this indi because it works perfectly in backtesting mode but it will freeze any EA which contains it in real trade.

IN EA:
stepma =iCustom(NULL,TimeFrameH1,"StepMA",MAPeriod1,MAPeriod2,MAPeriod3,Length,Kv,StepSize,MA_Mode,Advance,Percentage,HighLow,ColorMode,BarsNumber,0,1);

indi attached!

I have tried other indi which use icustom(), they are all ok.

Pls. help me my lord!

In addition to what Tubby suggested, here are a couple of other options.

In the EA, check if the iCustom() call is made for every tick. That will bring some systems down. If it doesn't need to be called for every tick, call it once per bar. If it does need to be called every tick, you should consider moving the code into the EA since you have the source.

Of course if you are not a coder, just ignore what I said.

I re-installed MT4 and everything is ok now.

This is a very tricky condition.
