Omd y=the daily candles were...GU 20th (up over 170), NU 20th (now over 100), Nchf and EU yesterday - haven't triggered
I had a trade on the EU earlier on my 15mins charts around 2pm(Gmt+1), this actually went my way downwards for about 20pips but almost immediately my tp was hit, a reversal began.

I really like the systems tactics but how do you guys take a trade, do you wait till the daily high or low is reached on adr before waiting for krc? Or is the signal taken on res/sup lines .

and how do you follow a trend on the daily chart Kraven, i kinda only take a few pips and start screaming when the trend continues.

Caillou my friend, thank you for idea M15, I am trade on 6 pairs these days and i can say I am very satisfied.
6 pairs on 15m...wooohh way to many for me...i started off with this on the 15min with just 2pair.

Omd this is were having different broker times is a pain...hence 15min can be good but choppy, 1hr is good....4hrs and daily can be effected by broker times (and this is why i post less about these...confusion would rayn)

the pic below clearly show a KRC and so does the indicator, it was in a flat range but it's there. no dead stops or anything.

i once chatted to a guy from malaysia, he was really into candle formations on 4hr and daily. he tried to explain some to me but it never made sense because our charts were 3hr out, so the paterns he seen were nothing like the chart i seen...think about it.

be interesting to see what everyones broker time is... mine is +1...so new daily candle forms 11pm GMT

I'm also looking at EJ to see if it rejects the 200ma or continues past 106.00....just seen how early i bailed on my last EJ daily trade, i'd be 500pips up

notice i missed a NU daily earlier, must have been the sunday gap that threw me....shame it's went 70
well i haven't done much today...my Gu daily came good and i'm out now. very pleased as it hit my TP.
UChf and EU didn't trigger
EJ continued past 106.00 so i'm in there too. so nice day with little effort.
i just had a pm asking if i'd taken any of the last 1hr trades and if i had which one's and why.

the answer is i haven't..i wasn't around
if i had the GU would be my choice (even if it works out or not). nice strong down trend, moved more then ADR and at low of today, found support at .56500 too.

i would have avoided EU and UChf (i posted earlier why)..ranging, EU is in a wedge, nice if you get it right when it breaks, but choppy if you don't.
Sorry to ask a numpty question, but KRC? K.... Reversal Candle?

Have gone back over old posts but can't see what the K stands for.

Maybe i will use one or two but for now i want to see different pairs how it works.

Entered on the break of the high of this blue bullish candle, with the SL 4 pips below the low of the same candle.

**update: Up +20 currently with my SL set to breakeven. Free trade from here on out.

seriously though this has been covered a few times on the thread. the phrase was coined by someone at the beginning as the actual candle has few features (body size, wicks etc). me i'm just please to simply write 'KRC'.....take the title of the thread 'true trading tactics', what the hell does that mean? for me a simple 'TTT' if i'm abreviating. really call it what you like as long as we don't get confused my ego can take it.

newnew the pair's i watched on 15min were EU and GU, sometimes EG (the lowest the spreads the better)

i am generally quite clueless about time haha but my new daily candle started 1 1/2 hours ago

Good morning OMD

I am on GMT too. I am also demoing FXDD which uses 22:00 day start to match with NY close Sydney Open so it gives a 5 day week. Only useful for Daily and H4.
