Mql4 - adding 2 lines 10 pips away from bid/ask

hi, i need very simple code line, how can i create 2 HLINE's, from ask or bid line. i need that when i turn the ea on it draws 2 lines with 10pips distance between the price and leave it until i using it. thank you
