Trade Journal/Log?

Hi everyone. I've been searching high and low online and here at FF for a trade journal/activity log template. I'm fairly computer literate, but when it comes to spreadsheets and functions I'm lost.

I'm hoping that someone from this caring and sharing community may have one that they'd like to share. Ideally, it would be one that's beyond your basic date/entry/tp/sl/actual profit etc. but not too complex. I'm also hoping that, if one is shared, it would chart account growth and/or drawdown. I currently use open office as my spreadsheet and most excel formats are accepted into it.
