Does anyone know of any brokers that offer 1 pip spreads without a large account minimum?

Closest you'd probably come to 1 pip is Oanda with 0.5 to 1.5 on EUR, 1.8 EurGbp etc
Be aware though that Oanda's price is matched to the volatility of the Interbank rates. So if say UBS or EBS widen spread before news so generally will Oanda. But what you see is what you get as it is an electronic platform & hence no re-quotes.
Also spread widens on weekends to 10 pips as Oanda allows trading over the weekend.
