Indicators for the 'Trading Made Simple' system

I am looking for an indi which shows in mtf when a price (H1/Ha4/D1/W1/MN1) closes near a psychologish level (doubleZero/full/half), does not matter in which TF you are in yet.

possible with code so I could merge it in a strategy

sir i want make Ea out of this two indicator 1) where i can change input,2) time frame for trade to be taken,3) number of trade to taken , 4) which side trade to be taken buy or sell , 5)take profit and stop loss according to different timing 6) trade should be taken only when tdi close green sma cross from out side of band and tms cross alerts trade according to input given .

1)As indian market work from 9:15 to 3:30
2)As per my rule Trade starts from 10:15 where i can manually put which side trade to be taken
if trade get executed between 10:15 to 12:00 stoploss 100 point & taken profit would be 150 to 175 point trailing stoploss after 100 point would be 50 point and after 175 point trailing profit cost to cost and max profit point 200 points 15;15all trade should get closed 150 point should be taken
3) if trade gets executed between 12pm to 14 pm stoploss remain same 100 points take profit would be 100 to 150 point trailing stoploss remains in this timing maximum profit would be 175 point trade should get close
4) if trade get executed between 14pm to 14:30 pm stoploss will remain 100 point profit will 50 to 70 points all trade should get closed 15:15 pm
