by rotate windows arre you talking about the time frame of the pair or are you talking about the symbols on the window. if the time frame is what your looking for its already done, I beleive with a script and not an EA, and if you search the forum you will find it.
if your taking about rotating the symbol theres is two ways to do that one easy and one difficult the easy way is not so good. That is to clear the price window and paint anything in the line of price bars you want on the blank window. Its ok but you run into the problem of rescaling the price to fit the existing charts price scale. I have done this not to apply a different symbol on the price chart but to add a second price series on the same chart with its data. However if you simply remove the old data then your left with your created cart. You can also create a seperate indicator to show the different symbols you want on another indicator window. and you can use that data to apply your other indicators too, except here we must create custom indicates to work with the created price. All built in indicators will use the real chart data by default. there fore all indicators applyed to a custem price window must be customize.
The other way is much more difficult and requires an external program that is called by a script to work with MT to change the symbol on the chart for real, that is it actually opens up a new symbol with in the existing window. All the indicators that are on that window will stay but will change and use the new symbol data. I have done that too. It could possibly be done with windows API dlls as well.
