DislikedIts great to see that you got it pretty much figured out, from my experience, to avoid "buggy" behavior, its not wise to save the profile on the chart as a template, as it stores the old data, and when opened again it continues to calculate new and old data. Is best to just load the indicator when you open a fresh chart, or if you want to save the chart settings, just remove the indicator, then save chart settings......Ignored
Dislikedmzvega, does clicking edit>ok "refresh" the indicator? or must i remove the indicator then re-add it to the chart to "refresh" it?Ignored
DislikedFantastic interview with a professional UK trader, Kam Dhadwar, explaining how he uses Auction Market and Order Flow.
He talk about Market Delta software and its Footprint, wondering who is using this here and how does it actually show the Order Flow ?
Anyone here can give some screenshots of Order Flow and explain how they use it ?
And whether this software is usable for Spot FX ?
DislikedNow, the state when prices go back to the box (imbalance) and goes away from the box (imbalance), .Ignored
DislikedFairly recent webinar by P. Steidlmayer at the CME.............
DislikedVery interesting and heavy topic.
Peter Steidlmayer is very analytical and very smart.
Watching this seminar, he seem like wanting to bring Time in order to slow down the High Frequency Trading to go back to the older days of Manual Market Makers.
The new profile is like have more split profiles (as opposed to the merged profiles) and more like Time Price Objectives.
He is selling his software and methodologies to the exchanges like the way he sold his Market Profile to CME, now that he is saying Market Profile is becoming more subjective...Ignored
DislikedYOu can not use Market Delta in the FX. We do not have true volume and have to guess using the tick information. In the futures market the information is given making it easy to see when the volume is drying up or increasing which can be seen in a DOM. Firetip is a good platform to look into on the futures and trade any instrument you want. I suggest trading the Ny session on the Futures on day trading margin then trading FX spot in London.Ignored
