Good trades everyone, looking forward to next week. Judging by some of the price action we've seen over the last two days, next week should be a challenge!

DislikedMan, I missed out on a lot since I've been gone. Sorry everyone, day job killed my free time these last few days. I ended up taking a small loss on my EUR/USD position because I chickened out but not sweating a 0.8% loss. We'll get 'em next time. I hope everyone rocked some pips this week! I wish I had the time to trade as most of you folks do.
TG, I'm no one to question why someone would place a trade! If you're adding to a "losing position" I'd imagine you were trying to make more money!

DislikedBil, today I watch RF video posted by Claudia, I decide to include it in my latest version of mp indi, but then I notice that my RF calculation is different from you.
my RF for friday is 14 and yours is 12 (IBFX).
I think the last bar is excluded from your RF calculation (endbar var).
one more, can you explain a little bit about QuadClose and Change percentage...Inserted Codefor(; idxIndex > endbar; idxIndex--) //I think it should be for(; idxIndex >= endbar; idxIndex--)
Cheers & thanks..Ignored
DislikedI was wondering how long you were going to be "Missing in Action". Its always good to see ya!Ignored
DislikedGood call bud, like I said; I'm no coder so it helps to have you experienced guys around.
Quad close simply takes the high and low values for the day (week, month, quarter, year) and assigns them a % range.
Low = 0%
High = 100%
The closing price for the day will lie somewhere within that range, Qclose is just the value example;
A close in the middle of the range would be 50%.
Fairly simple.
Change was just the difference between the open and close.

DislikedI missed the Quarterly analysis, T
But I went back 23 Q profiles and look at these quaterly patterns. I found it interesting. One huge quarter then other 3 small quarter, Im curious if its seasonal or something? Im not a fundamental trader but I wonder if thats call quantitative easing or something?Ignored
Dislikedhi guys,
thanks again bandung for your fantastic coding!
I am also working through the material on your cool blog.

I am always trying to simplify things & don't really want to over analyze or try to predict, I want to react.
In standard MP configuration I find myself hunting for the info that I want.
So just an idea I am trying out is to change the settings so I can more easily see the sessions I partake in, in my local time. Also because I don't trade the Asian session, I want to see the IB of the US opening....Ignored
