Aslo on you chart there initial stop loss probably should be above

previous candle high, which is about 200 pips from entry price. How many people can

afford to lose 200 pips? Larger the TF, larger your SL and potentially

win. No free lunch...

This one (break of a trend line) potentially have better risk:reward, I think,

still Logical Stop loss about 70-80 pips.

Take more risk over and trade early enough!

Daily Divergence has a really excellent power & at optimal costs with a splendid RRR!

CHFJPY, H1, 2010 December 05

I have set the CHFJPY, H1 at my watchlist and waiting for a price action (engulfing patterns, in bar, shooting star, dumpling top, hanging man, harami, high wave candle, in-neck line, harami cross, ...) at H1 and take a look if TL H1 could be broken by looking at M15, H4 & Daily.

Hello daitya.
1) Entry is at the open of a new daily candle, which is the asian open or 7pm est.
2) Just recently started to trade this method after months of backtesting and really understanding how divergence work. I don't have any stats for you. I just enter the market when there's a set up and exit when the market tells me to.
3) I'm not concerned with swap charges because when I'm in the market with the trend, my profits outweigh the swap charges.

Hello skyzerfx. I'm not asleep at 7pm. I don't use a trailing stop or a SL with this method.

Once I enter the market, I'll have a trend line in place with the trend. Once the trend line is broken, I'll exit the trade with a win or a loss.
