Need help turning indicator into EA

I have this indicator that I want to turn into an EA. I will be attaching the indicator to this post. basically just buy when the indicator says buy and sell when indicator says sell. and then just close position on new signal. it should be fairly simple. I would like for the following to be user defined:

Faster EMA
Slower EMA
RSI
Lots Traded
Stoploss

How does the indy actually work? Does it show arrow/alert when both EAs have crossed and RSI crossed? Is it / does it have to be at same time that they cross?
Cuz adding MAs and RSI to chart with same settings show different to arrows. The RSI does cross but there are no arrows and sometimes the RSI cross before the MAs cross each other and it shows arrow? (EMAs are 32 and 145, RSI 15)




REPAINTING. From the code it does repaint alot, so wouldnt use this if i were you....

actually im not sure how it works. i found the indicator on a forum. and i like the signals it gives. as for it repainting i dont know i have been looking at it for about 3 weeks and i have not seen it repaint. but i did notice that sometimes it gives the signals before the cross not sure why that happens. on higher tfs its very very good

cspip actually you are correct it does repaint i will be attatching one that doesnt repaint. if we can front run the signal by 10 pips above for a buy below for a sell the signal bar so if the signal bar high is 1.3500 for example our order would be 1.3510
