Sorry but I have to downvote this crap.
Afterall that's what the voting system is good for.

As a warning to all Rookies: I wouldn't touch those EAs with a 10 foot pole.

Looks more like a grid based ea from the backtest that I saw. Usually martingale is doubling lot size. Backtest does not show that.
Not that I think grid based or any progression type ea is safe either.
