Tadawul FX is also growing very fast and expanding not only its products and services but also geographically, now with offices in several countries and clients from almost every part of the world. TDFX finds it essential that our clients feel very safe and secure working with us and as a result we do our outmost at any given time to strictly comply with all laws imposed by our regulatory body CySEC, as well as other regulating authorities in countries we operate in including the UK, Germany, Hungary, Spain, Netherlands and many other European Union countries. We are also audited by one of the world’s most professional and prestigious auditing companies, Deloitte, to ensure that TDFX meets all the legal, financial, and customary practices. TDFX has a clear vision of where it wants to go, and how it want to position itself as the top broker for quality on all levels.
I can understand your concerns with CySEC, and that there is some history of unregulated firms running their business from Cyprus, but this has changed quite drastically over the last few years. Cyprus is no longer a “soft” regulatory environment and it is not an “easy” place to get regulated from. If you check the CySEC website, you will find that CySEC is not hesitant to fine or shut down financial firms for even minor mistakes or oversights, and it takes over 6 months to obtain a license from CySEC even when all the specifications and necessary legal and capital requirement are met.
Kind Regards,
