I have tried coding a strongly losing method before, but it is remarkably difficult. Think it through, if you could have a system which loses 90% of the time, you could just, as you say, fade the signals and have a winner.
The problem is, most (non scalping) systems win about 30-60% of the time meaning that money management plays a huge role in success.
Fading the system is such a complex issue that I've tried coding before...the answer is remarkably complex. It really depends a lot on the system and the logic behind your decision to fade it. If you have a trend following system, for example, does it make sense to fade it?
I think the best plan would be to create a new system with fewer indicators which factors in the primary trend and start over by practicing. Spend 10 hours tomorrow practicing and then give it some live trading on demo next week.
