Help with Cobra THV time settings

I am impressed with the THV system that the Cobra Group has worked on and shared. Impressive work, very well grounded logic & techniques.

I understand nearly everything (I think) except for setting the Local and Designation time settings, referenced to GMT. The Local time is the time at my broker (InterBank FX in Utah, -7 to GMT), is that correct ?

And Designation is the difference as to when the Candle function starts, correct ?

If I want to allow trading thru all 3 sessions (Asian, European and US), what do I make these settings ? (and, is there a problem in doing that, that I'm not aware of ?)

Please poke at me with suggestions, or if I'm totally missing something (quite possible). Thanks & Good Trading.

The same message was posted on the THV thread for 2 days and removed because of no replies. Since this can be considered a "newbee question" it was re-posted here.
There are many ways to consider a question. Perhaps posting on both is a solution ? Covers everyones protocall.
