indicator email alert request

I was wondering if someone can put an email alert in this indicator when the timer closes at or above/below +8/-8 and which pair it is?

it would be much easier if you could post the original source code and not one that had been decompiled from the ex4 file.

don't have it. the only other thing i have is the .ex4 file itself
