Hi. I am running the Fisher_Yur4ik indicator on my charts and I need help modifying the indicator so that it sends me an email everytime there is a crossover at a certain level. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
(The indicator is attached)

Hi kenaklein,

Do something like the following:

if(//detect crossover) SendMail("Fisher Indicator/EA", "we have just detected a crossover @ "+DoubleToStr(lastclose));

Hi MChurner. I don't know if I am asking to of you, but I have no idea about programming in this language. Could you modify the indicator attached to my first post and upload it? My programming goes only as far as a basic course of Visual Basic I took in high school. Thanks!

Searched all over the internet for a Fisher indicator with alert. All I could find were repainting Fisher indicators, not the Yur4ik corrected (non-repainting) version. Got very frustrated, for a few hours I even tried to learn some code to add alerts manually but had no success. (All that because I didn't wanna bother coders with the usual "could anyone please add an alert to this indicator" request!) Finally I got the idea of just comparing the repainting Fisher code with the non-repainting one, and adding to the latter whatever seemed to be alert-related. And voila! Result is posted below, and working perfectly. It will alert on a closed bar. Also gives a popup message. (No email however, didn't need one so didn't search for one!)
Just thought I'd post this to a random alert-request Fisher thread so someone else searching for this might find it.

For those who would like to have other alerts also (sound,email,pushnotification): I have modified the alert-routine, pls. see attached

( if this indicator does not compile with the latest mt4 build versions you should use the build 509 compiler (download) )

Can anyone please explain why this fisher is completely different from the one i have (number of bars setting for example) I cannot use this one because i can get the setting the same but i would really like to, and use it with an alert
