This is my ultimate pair to trade. EURGBP is right there in the middle. Its like a litmus paper for the two major currencies. Fiber and cable. But now straight to the point is that we reached a decision point. Either we reverse the down trend and head north or we break the level and continue with the down trend. The volume profile is significant at those levels. The point of control is significant and we may get a reaction and a possibility to trap shorts and build liquidity. Looks like we are compressing and building positions.

Thanks for the chart and your analysis. My view is that your significant level is now broken. Well, your chart was posted 30 hours ago and in the last three hours New York showed us the way. It's a great pair just now, massive momentum to the downside and a massive rejection of the .9500 highs.

My opinion is there could be some support at .8600 - .8500 and the year low which is around .8300 but that will be weak. Looking at the monthly chart this has strong momentum and no nearby strong monthly support levels. I have never seen a monthly candle like last month's with such a long tail - massive rejection of the highs.



This is a monthly chart and so virtually untradeable but I will be looking for down day break outs to trade. High probability inexpensive entries...
