Open Source Forex Platform - OFxP

I did a search on FF and I am actually quite amaze that OFxP has only been mentioned once. For those who do not know, it is an open source platform made by a small team. I have selected a small excerpt from the About section of their website:

The goals of this Platform are to bring the community of financial programming talent together in a solid, versatile environment, where all can collaborate in a modern non-broker specific programming environment. Our personal belief is that building good trading strategies requires modern tools, and that any broker specific solution (be it a proprietary language, or a specific API) is too limiting for long term success and should be evaded. The idea for building strategies is "write once, apply anywhere"

Their goal resonates with mine. And I believe other traders would want that too. I know there are a lot of talented programmers here in FF, it would be great if some volunteer to make it a success. They are currently making good progress, and I really hope to see something solid after a year or two.

That sounds very interesting indeed - just when MT5 is about to come out.

I'm not a coder, but would be willing to do some demo testing on early versions.

I have tried it about an year ago, I saw that it has many tools and many possibility for coding your own, but since I don't have a great coding skill I have abandoned it.
I think it could be a very good choise for programmers.

I heard about this in the past, but reliability was shot. Maybe it's improved.
