Hi,

Is there a way to make an EA that will access the history center, take the information from the daily (or any other specified) time frame, for all or only specified pairs, and save them as text files?

No EA or script required. Take another look at the History Center interface and click on the "Export" button.

Unless... perhaps you already knew that and you're trying to do something a bit fancier?

Yeah, I knew about the "Export" button, that's ok when I need info on only one or two pairs, but sometimes I need them all exported into txt files so I was hopping there is a way to automate the process.

Here is a simple script to retrieve OHLCV data from an active chart. Place the script into the scripts folder, compile with MetaEditor or restart, drag and drop from Navigator Scripts. It will create a file named with the Symbol and timeframe of the chart, i.e. "GBPUSD1440.csv" With a little programming you can have it loop through the the pairs and timeframes of interest.
