Weekend Forex Changes!

Does anyone know of a reliable source/online feed for rates during the weekend? Monday mornings (New Zealand your Sunday Night) are never continue from the previous close. So just who trades these volumes that see 20-30 pip moves when the markets are said to be closed?

If anyone can point me to a source of info, I would be grateful. Do all the brokers stop trading in sync? .
