Interbank FX and PFGfx Lite let you trade micro lots and take charge cards. IBFX charges a credit card fee. PFG keeps the money in the Bank of Cyprus I think. Do your own research as to how secure they each are and their style of order execution.

LiteForex.org, but they can not accept credit card payments. They work with eGold, WebMoney, and Bank wires.
