MT4 brokers that trade in micro-lots?

Can anyone point me to a broker that trades micro-lots ($1000 lots) AND uses MT4 (or has a FREE API). I know there will be a bunch of people that might suggest Oanda, but Oanda charges $600 a month for their API unless you generate $12,000,000 in trades a month. I may soon be there, but I don't like the idea of having to trade on an API where I don't even get to take a look at the "inards" without paying them. That means I lose time between the time I register with them and code and test the system before I can determine if it's viable...I'd much rather use an MT4 broker where I can demo trade the system and tweak it before I make it go live.

SO...the question remains...
- Any brokers that use MT4
- AND trade on MICRO-lots ($1,000)

...Please NOTE that I did NOT say MINI lots ($10,000). I want to trade MICRO-lots during the secondary testing phase (after demo, but before committing the entire account).

Please help.

InterbankFX has mini-accounts where you can specify a lot size of 0.01 lots -- which is equivalent to 1 mico-lot?

This isnt accurate.

0.1Lots on InterbankFX's mini accounts is equivalent to $1K lots;
0.1Lots on InterbankFX's Standard account is equivalent to $10K lots.

Make sure to open MINI Account not the Standard.

BTW. InterbankFX has one of the best swaps in town too.

The InterbankFX also uses MT3 and has a free API with. The smallest unity to trade with API is 1 nano-lot: $100 for mini accounts, $1000 for standard accounts.

Neuimex has been under investigation. All account funds were frozen during February by order of the Swiss Banking Commission. Use caution and investigate carefully.
