How to Interpret this Indicator

See attached Ticker Awesome Oscillator. Works great but can someone interpret it? I know that the bars change color from green to red if the last bar is lower than the previous one and vice-versa. But:

Does the length of the bars indicates volume?

If the bars are above the 0.00 line, what does that mean?

If the bars are below the 0.00 line, what does that mean?

I don't know how the 'Ticker' indicator differs from Bill Williams' Awesome Oscillator. For more info on Bill Williams' Chaos indicators (AO, AC, MFI, etc), see here ("Awesome Oscillator (AO) is simply the difference between the 34-period and 5-period simple moving averages of the bar's midpoints (H+L)/2."). You might also like to try Google.

If you post the 'Ticker' indicator source code (MQ4 file), I'll have a look for you.

I don't have the mq4 file, only the attached exe file which I don't think will help you (?). Thanks for your reply and assistance.
