Ibfx fxdd fxcm ndd stp?

It says FXDD FXCM and IBFX are NDD STP. But traders on this forum have said IBFX and FXDD (dunno about FXCM) are bucket shops. Why this contradiction (if it isn't one, please explain)

STP to who!? is the question - they can be routing to a bank with a deal desk or widening spreads and getting a rebate. IBFX smooths the data WILDLY!!! (compare them to ECN's like PFGBest or MBTrading) and they widen spreads for no reason - You will be shocked at the number of times that widened spread hits your stop or prevents your tp from getting hit. If you're with IBFX you better be position trading on daily or weekly charts cause anything lower will be seriously hurt by their tactics.
