NDD+STP+ECN and (or) NDD+STP with MT4 - Broker Comparison list

Hi everyone,


I did some research on possible STP and ECN forex brokers and compiled them into an excel file. You can find the file in the attachment if you are on the hunt for a new broker with STP/ECN MT4.


For a broker to enter my list, they need to have MT4 with STP and/or ECN functionality.


They also need to be regulated at least by some organization, it can anything from NFA to FSC. No pendings.


If you see a mistake in my list or if you think a broker is missing, please send me a PM (with the link to the correct information, please) and I will update it for everyone so that we can keep the list up to date.


I also did not put any FX broker that was asking more than $2,500 as account minimum since this list is mostly done for someone who is looking for a broker with a low account minimum.


If MT4 is not a must for you, than you may find a better broker that is not listed in my list. Some examples are OANDA, ATC Brokers (left out due to $5,000 account min, even though they have MT4), and Interactive Brokers, but if you want to use EAs and don't want to deal with DD+MM brokers, than the list might be beneficial to your search.

PFGBest is also not in my list, because I could not find any info on their min lot sizes and account minimums. Though I hear that they are an ECN. If anyone can help us out here, it will be appreciated.


Important Notes:

1- The values I enter are for either STP or ECN accounts with MT4 platform enabled. The brokers in my list may have other specs for their other accounts and platforms.
2- I am not affiliated with any of the brokers and I have not tested them on a live account. So, be careful with any of them at all times . Providing STP or ECN doesn't mean that they are %100 to be trusted.

Regulation dooesn't mean much.
Personally, I would not go with the Mauritius based brokers.
NordMarkets has frequent spikes caused by low liquidity.
You missed some very good ones: onedmafx, finfx and divisa capital, although they may not satisfy all your requirements.

Thanks for putting your input.

I checked all of the three you suggested and failed to find some information that I was looking for my list.

One DMA FX has 10k min account balance to open a new account, so I could not put them into my list, but for someone who is willingly to start with 10k balance, they seem to be a nice candidate.

FinFX: Somehow I could not find which organization is regulating them on their website. I tried to contact them via online chat and it seems that they are offline at the moment.
Also there is no info on min lot size and min currency units that we can trade.
Another thing is that they have one ECN account with $2,500 account balance, but I could not see if their standard account is NDD+STP or DD+MM.

Divisa Capital seems to be the largest among those, but the information on account balance, leverage and lot sizes escaped me while going through their web page.

If you know these information, I would be very happy to add them to the list and update it.


And for regulation, I believe it shows at least some sort of commitment. To me, even if they are located in some island, being regulated by FSC means something. Sometimes people want more leverage and some other things a US-UK-AUS based broker won't give and at those times, one may prefer a regulated one over a non-regulated one.

Forget about OneDMAFX. I'm testing their live feed and it has holes in every pair. Not reliable. I think their prime broker is still too young and has tech problems to solve.

FinFx is not regulated, I believe. In Finland there isn't the need to be regulated. Min trade size is 0.1 lot. I'm trading live with them, so far they're ok. Their ECN account is DMA. I don't care/know about standard account. Their big point is that their MT4 is bridged directly to Integral, which is one of the biggest and more respected liquidity/technology provider.

With Divisa, min trade size is 0.1 lot.

The broker is registered in New Zealand but that doesn't mean it's regulated. The same with FinFX - they provide their corporate # on their site. There are countries where it simply isn't mandatory for a brokerage to be 'regulated' in the usual sense.

Regarding Divisa, their max leverage seems to be 1:100 and account minimum is US$ 1,000 due to their General Terms.
btw ThinkForex seems to be nice but it's BVI based so probably a no-go.
