Now that testing team is formulated, we need to come up with some structure to pull it off successfully and make it easier to access and evaluate results. I have never done this before, but those who have done it should create some document that team can follow.
I can think of few points:
1) testers should version their set files ie. THV_5.0_eu5m_v1.0.
2 every set should include a Trade comment. The trade comment should include set version # so trades can be identified with a given setting of set version.
3)the report of trading transactions should be created everyday, along with screen shots into a daily zip file, which should also include the relevant set files. the account reports can be named as THV_5.0_eu15m_ddmmyy. The idea is to be able to group trades by date, by currency, by tf, by set, so one can compare them with other currencies and tf etc.
4) Testers should upload their daily zip files on a regular basis to a central repository hosted on a file sharing host(e.g rapidshare provides free account). Testers can download and review each others trading results from there. The test-team coordinator can create his own separate repository out of it, and administer it into a moderated finished product.
These are just the suggestions. Anything that makes the communication and sharing easier during testing phase.
