Highest/Lowest Bar EA

Hello,

I would like a EA that would automatically place a buystop/sellstop/selllimit/buy limit at certain points in a predetermined range.

For example, at daily intervals at a certain time, it would place a buy stop or sell stop at the highest and lowest of the last 20 bars. It would also place a buy limit and a sell limit at a certain point with in this range.

I can do some recoding, so if anyone knows of a EA that is similar to my requirements, i might be able to modify it.
