DislikedThis is certainly the testing day we were looking for.... at least on the GY.
Holding positive and green so far...Ignored
You are correct. The Beast has been impossible to tame today. I can't make sense of it's price action.

DislikedYou can say that again. My TM on GJ M5 has been horizontal since 0820 UK-BST this morning. BORING!!!!!
While we are waiting for Godot, please will you chaps give me a comprehensive answer to my questions:
(1) Some days I am in front of the PC a lot, but other days, impossible. I would like to focus on a set time when I will get the biggest bang for my buck. Many of you seem be be very keen on the end of the Asian session, even getting out of bed at hideous hours of the night for it!! Luckily, this is a fairly civilised time in the UK. Please...Ignored

DislikedAgain, I am trying a few different things, trying to stress or "break" this system - trading the asian session, low volatility times (like now), so I am not a good example of what to do or not. But, +70 on a long earlier, and holding a position now that is currently -17.
But yes, this is where we will see what works and what doesn't. Yesterday was a banner day on GY, today... well, now we see what is what.
Just glad I haven't been trying to trade the 1 min on this thing!Ignored

DislikedHey TG,
I got a question.
I'm not quite sure if this got already answered but I like to ask it anyway.
The HG_0001a indicator, what does it use to show the up or down signals?
Does it calculates it with MA's or any other indies?
Thanks.Ignored
DislikedYou have a good setup in the UK Anne.
7-10:30 a.m. and 1-4:30 p.m. local LONDON time are pretty goos times. Will accomodate the early risers and those who wish to sleep in.
As for pairs, that depends on if you have preset trading goals. If you like quick short trades, the tighter spread pairs are good vehicle. If you are an adrenaline junkie, the yen crosses out to keep your attention.
In short, it's all good once you decide and define your goals.Ignored
DislikedWell I caught the large GY downtrend in the early hours of this morning so I shouldn't complain. But the stress testing is essential, I'm also paper trading various instruments to get a feel for robustness.
P.S. But yet the captured GU trend continues unabated.Ignored
DislikedA request..I know you are working on major things
with the indicator, the mtf version. I just wanted to
ask, for me the most important and hoping I can
get a version of when you do it. is can we have
an alert 1. when all bars agree 2. optional alert
when the first bar changes color, ie on 5 min chart
the 5 min changes color we can get an alert.
Hoping it will be available..thanks for your great work!

DislikedIt contains:
- TrendMagic (re-written from scratch without the bugs to avoid repainting)
- BB MACD (re-written from scratch)
- Laguerre RSI with self-optimising settings
The overall indicator combines the output of these three in a non-linear way to achieve a "fuzzy" concensus of trend onset/development/termination.
The STF version has blue(buy), yellow(warning), red(sell). Purely because MQ4 only allows 8 buffers per indy, for the MTF version I omitted the Yellow warning, so we could have 4 timeframes with red+blue on each, making 8....Ignored

Your request is noted in my logbook. I will put in a 2-stage audio/email/SMS text alert in all indys.
(Audio for the M1/M5 junkies! And SMS for the H4/D1 guys on the beach!)
