Lets save when i have 2 EMA line touching i want them to alert me, how?

Basic Idea:

if(shortEMA<=LongEMA)
{
Alert("EMA Cross down");
}

This is the basic idea...but it will alert you many times...now you have to control how many iterations you want.

Most coders have their own way...some use bool flags to control alert iterations, some use newbar functions to control iterations etc.
