DislikedI made the deposit at the end of Feb, but the 7 months it has taken to double the account contains a number of blunders, software errors and wrong turns.
These are well documented in earlier posts here. It is probably more useful to know that the account has risen by $119.57 in the last month, or 34.88% of its balance a month ago.
Hehe. In the time it took me to: go back and populate the history tab with the trades for the last month; drag the profit percentage script onto the screen; note the details and post them here; go back to the history...Ignored
DislikedThanks, Steve. I am about to go live with your latest version because it has gone up 22% in balance in 12 days. 11% currently in equity in same time frame. Of course, that is up and down too. Looks great. I will report at the end of a month on latest version of the Range Trader.

DislikedSteve,
Re: MM
You have coded and recommended .01 lots/100 unit currency. And again you have given option of letting the EA decide the size of lots to be traded. Now if I understand correctly BOTH are MM fields. Am I right? So far I have not let EA decide the size. But If I were to do it what would be the % of balance it'll trade?
Wont it be same?

DislikedSteve,
.01/$100= 1% risk approx.(depending on how many pairs EA trades in a basket).
What is the difference if I were to let EA decide the size of the pairs in a basket?
I hope this clarifies my question.

DislikedSteve, do you trade v2 with all settings on default? If not, which ones do you change, and why? Please give us some added insight into how you approach this if it differs from the defaults. Thanks for all your work on this, and to all the other participants as well!Ignored
DislikedThat's hardly a fair reply Steve, unless you first ask what I've done so far with your system, and you didn't. You just assumed I skipped right to the last page.
But I have read at least 100 postings of both the original Kang Gun thread as well as yours here. At least 200 postings in all, and I've added your instruments and template to my platform too.
If you would rather answer my post in private that's always a possibility, but don't just insult someone that dedicated several hours of background study before leaving their first post....Ignored
