FXPRO :technical error"

Today, it is the fourth time in recent severl months that FXPRO stated "technical error", the fxpro mt4 stoped to transfer data.
i do not understand why the same "technical error" happed again and again, what is the fxpro doing there.
I need time ,I need money, I need more patience

I'm pissed because I was trying to get out of a trade with good profit and noe I see from another platform I have that it has reversed on me by 100 pips, what do you do??? Do you know what's going as their website is frozen as well???

Im having connection problems with them as well this morning. Cant get the website to work as well. Here is what the live support told me:

"Malek: We are currently having experiencing some technical problem which is being fixed now, however if you need to close any open trades you may call our dealing desk on 00357 25 969 239. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We are doing all we can to get this resolved as soon as possible"

They SHOULD reverse/delete that trade for you.. they won't give you profits but they should at least be able to make it so you dont hjave a loss from there technical problems.. Please post back in this thread and tell us what happened.. If they dont handle things properly I might pull my live account with them i have 6 figures in an account with them and not feeling too safe about now

I'm also facing the same connection problem, almost whole day. I think today is the major connection issue, never happen before. Connection back to normal 2 hours ago. I've received mail from MT4 terminal:

Dear ##################,

[FONT='Arial','sans-serif']We would like to inform you that there was a temporary disconnection of services experienced by a number of our clients on Wednesday 21/01/2009 between 03:45hrs and 08:30hrs due to external circumstances beyond our control.[/font]

[FONT='Arial','sans-serif']Connection problems are extremely rare to a high profile company such as FxPro as we always do everything humanly possible to foresee any possible circumstances such as today that are outside of our immediate control.[/font]

[FONT='Arial','sans-serif']I am happy to inform you that not only is the problem now rectified and normal trading has resumed, we are also initiating an investigation into the failure so that we can minimise the risk of situations like this happening again in the future.[/font]
