Is there an EA managing TP&SL visually

I'm looking for an EA has the following features:
1. draw horizontal lines of TP and SL on the chart for the opening positions of the currency pair in the chart.
2. by dragging the horizontal lines, TP or SL can be modified to corresponding new price.
3. trailing stop and breakeven function is a plus.
