Blind sided by news this am.

Can someone tell me what news came out this morning at 4:30 EST? Was trading the GBP/USD and got stopped out with a spike down. Nothing was listed on the Forex Forum calender. What ever it was, it shot my spread to 20 pips. Thank You

There were 3 GBP announcements. All listed on the calendar. Maybe should make sure you are looking at the correct calendar listings.

Thanks for reply. I didn't realize my time zone setting was off due the the recent format change.
