- IBFX mini account holders, where I pip = approx 1 cent: 0.01 lots per $100 seems safe.
- Other mini accounts where I pip = approx 10 cents: 0.01 lots per $1000 seems safe.
Remember that a basket can easily take your account into a 10% drawdown, so take care with the number of trigger currencies you use.
Please note that I an live-trading with V9b. I am not yet using the combo EA only because I do not need the Original trading feature.
I am off to add the extra coding to the latest EA to address the overtrading issue that Sahars spotted last night.
DislikedV1a is attached, with the extra coding added to address the overtrading issue.
I wasn't going to bother with the Original method, but given Sahar's success with it, I am going to set up a demo.

I'm not convinced that the current drawdowns are a function of the tightness of the entry. Sure if it entered at 80 rather than 75 then the drawdown would be slightly reduced - but it would still be significant.Ignored

Dislikedi wouldnt expect the EUR or CAD baskets to recover anytime soon. In fact i would think the DD on these will a huge.Ignored
DislikedEddie.
Dont forget that Russia has cut oil/gas supplies to most parts of Europe. This will cause EUR currencies to take a massive hit.
When these type of things happen the Commodity currencies (CAD) become a safe haven.
This is why EUR is -4 and falling and CAD is +95 and rising.Ignored
