I appreciate the positive comments from other members on Fxfactory, since some of you guys have asked me for advice i will post a good amount of advice in the next a new thread, hopefully will catch people's attention. I am no trading guru, but i have experienced almost everything the forex has to offer. I originally wrote this to attatch as a PM to davidT, but i cant get a hold of him.. so hopefully this will get to him.

The link will be in my next post on here

Sell GBP/USD @ 1.9617
SL: 1.9677
Target: Lot1: 50pips, Lot2: 100pips, Lot3: 100pips

Very weary about this trade.. news coming out and hit off my usual target, and pretty major trendline, i kinda wasnt thinkin before i clicked sell on this one.. and its friday also

So I usually wouldnt do this, so i do not recommend this, I'm riding on luck on this trade

also, bounced off just around a whole number, 1.9400, and 23.6% fib support!

lol, a good way to trade this would be to put a sell stop order @1.3584

oh well, we'll see what happens

You focus on GBP/USD totally, is there a reason? Have you ever really looked at other currencies and if so what was your success? Some of the Yen crosses trend really well and it seems this system would be ideal?

One reason i stay focused on the GBP/USD is because I like how it trends, I used to trade the EUR/USD, but i find it is more choppy. The Yen i have played around with, but never got a general just of it.

The 2nd reason is that i will wait till i have enough capital to be able to use 3 lots per trade on each currency i am trading at one time, so basically i want to be able to have 6lots total open at once for 2 currencies and 9lots for 3, etc. When i catch a trend I like being able to capture profits and ride the trend for the most i can get out of it.

came out at breakeven, if i was at my computer i would of taken profit on about 35pips on lot1 after i saw it come w/in 10pips of my target (went up +41pips, my target +50pips). So i would have moved my stoploss to breakeven.

I dont like playing the "would have, could have" game.. but in this case i was trying to be honest in what i would have done being at the computer, so I would have moved my stoploss to breakeven and so i did that but did not record the +35pips i would have taken lol, if all this makes sense

So +0pips on this trade
