I want to share this free indicator I discovered today. Maybe not new to you guys but new to me.
It lets you set lines for price alerts in MT4 like Trading View works. You can also set this up with MT4 Notifications to send alerts to your phone from your desktop if you can't be near it.

!!!!EDIT: You might want to hold off this was working great but now isn't working correctly. Not sure what is up but I can't adjust the line for price level after using it for a few hours.

Yes the spread is pretty much the reason for not wanting to use the M1 timeframe. The spread would be better if I was able to trade during the NY or London sessions, but my work schedule doesn't allow it. I pretty much am relegated, for now, to the Tokyo session and spreads seem to be wide during that time. I'm thinking of demoing Oanda's tighter spread but with commission pricing. The volume comment is based on low pips between swing highs and lows and also how slow the price moves while trading the session. Some days it's much better, other it's slow going. All things indicative of the Asian session.
Frist trade of the day. Everything lined up except for the RSI cross. Not entering a TP so I can average down/up if it goes against me:

Greed kept me from getting out at a nice EMA touch. I thought it might go to the 200 EMA (still might). When price came around the EMAs again I hopped out at 2 pips profit:

Watching pre setup on EURUSD as the supply box keeps getting redrawn higher and higher away from EMAs. Looks like it might bounce off the 200 EMA.

I Started on 1 of this Month using KOF on 1 Minute,
On IC markets real acc ,
only trade EURUSD / GBP USD / USDCHF
Im Checking if there any newys coming, not trade,
Starting of a new session not trade,
Im looking for clear support and ressistance on 5 minutes that possably bonce on 1 minute
and extended EMAS
