My results for Aug 2007 using a demo account.

If you do take only the high probability trades and you do have patience, this system will work.

Looking foward to Sept for my live account trade again - now that I've learned my lession in Apr 2007 and practiced for 4months on my demo account again to ensure I do have My Rules and patience back in line again.

Wheeewww!! 130+ pages in 2 days, I have way too much time on my hands!!!!

I just want to say a big Thank You to Phillip and all the great contributors here, you've really given us a gift, and I'm very appreciative of all your efforts.

One of the most amazing things to me is that with all of the contributions to this thread and system, the core of it still remains exactly the same, must be a winner!!

I start demoing this week, wish me luck!!
i believe you should set the gmt shift to your brokers time zone not yours

ie if you have ibfx which is GMT you would set to 0

please correct me if i am wrong.

Hello All,

I live on the West Coast of the States, and trade the London session (sometimes the Asian session as well.) I calculate my pivots based on midnight New York time. I know of one gentleman who trades the New York session, who calculates his pivots based on 0500 New York time.

I believe pivots should be based on the session one is trading, but that's just my opinion (which along with a $1.00 will buy you a $1.00 cup of coffee.)

Very nice trades. But u didnt put there details. Price for open, close... Anyway very good, 90% good trades it's best.

I wanted to ask u if chat on skype is still open or it was moved ?
Rather miss a opportunity than to get involve in a bad trade!
This example from earlier today on the GBP/USD chart, shows how sometimes it can be a bit of a puzzle as to whether or not to take the trade. After what I'd describe as a near "morning star" formation on the S1 line, the price rose a lot sharper than I would have liked, but then settled down into a gentle ramble along the M2/21ema zone, before starting to fall. I hopped on this little gravy-train as it dropped through the 10ema, and hopped off again just as the pip-yield reached 20 pips. After spread, 17 pips, so not too bad. The puzzle I mentioned involved the large candle after the little "star" candle on the S1 line. A series of smaller candles gently pulling-back is far more preferable, but sometimes beggars can't be choosers. However, the SMAAngle window looked good, as did the ADX window, so it was well worth a go!

Tx but I just keep records of the outcomes of the trades. Idon't keep all the details of my trades - for that I keep/save a picture of each trade on my Computer and I look at it frequently. Most of them are posted on the thread.

The Skype chat is still on but it is very quite recently and I can only use it after 15H00GMT - not that many set-up at that time of the day. I then look at our 15min system (another short term) or Dollie for setups.

Another example of 3 little sisters on $Y. At point A I wouldn't consider any more long trades (lower high gives you sister 2). Then definitely no long trades after horizontal line B.

All trades in area A and after line B are high risk trades - could work but not for me, thanks.

Well done - and if you look again, you can see the smooth rounding. You would be able to see it while the pullback is being formed.
