The easiest way to overcome your fear is to decrease your lot size and risk no more than 0.5% - 1% max of your capital till you overcome your fear. You should be able to place a trade and go to sleep without setting an alarm every hour while you sleep. It takes time to be able to do that and thats why you must use smaller size till you know what your doing. HOPE IT HELPS

Great advice! Another possible way to combat this is through regular withdrawals of profits.

it helps a lot, i'm on losing streak and that's is what i'have been doing minimizing my risk, i think it's my 8 lost in a row and the equity still on drawdown after 3 win and 13 lost haha, i'm on prop firm btw, and i need to break from trading i dont wanna blow up my prop firm account and re-evaluate my trading plan...

Hi Mateusz, i sent email to you let me know you received it. By the way its not enough just to skim thru the stuff i sent. YOU NEED TO STUDY IT AS IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT. Then go do work on every pair to see how effective it is before you start risking real $$. You only need 1 or 2 good trades a week to change your life. Most newbies overtrade, these guy are the liquidity. Wait for you A+ setup and pounce. Everybugger including this bugger wants to trade every turn of the market when they start out -- thats the easiest way to blow your account time after time. Just because you have your platform open dont mean you have to trade. WE GET PAID TO WAIT -- TO HAVE PATIENCE AND TRADE WHEN YOU SEE A+ TRADES
