So true my friend, it helps to have a personal assistant , and as MrT says above, it's all about taking emotions and psychology out of the equation, if you can!, that's where a little robot helper comes in handy.

Very interesting thread here and would love to have a go using this method in demo.

Sorry to be 'that guy' but could anyone be as kind to reply with the set of indicators everyone and using and a template please?

I've gone back to page 1 and read through the posts but its all a little bit confusing with all the different indis, EA's and links to other forum threads etc.

anyway, if you don't change on an emotional level (this means that we must forgive ourselves, those around us and our past.... simple...)...the diseases come back...stronger...unfortunately...

must always be quoted and told to people what wonderful things carrots do...

we in the family do this:
5 carrots
a small red beet...or medium
a lemon....(try a frozen one...)
put on the slow juicer...

...

now it's grape time...
I recommend another recipe...especially for your boy...but also for you...

to a liter of grape juice...
(it is important that they are black and have seeds)
put the juice of a lemon...

at 8 in the morning at 12 during the day and at 4 or 5 maximum... in the afternoon...
a liter of grape juice with the juice of a lemon... at each of these meals...

no other food no water...

there are people who have been cured of countless diseases...among the most serious...
there are many testimonies...many many...

6 weeks if you can...without other foods...
heal many...many many things...

I've been using it for a long time in the morning...after I come from sports...
mandatory after sports I drink either a grape juice with lemon or an orange ... 1liter...

it will cause some disturbance in the intestines...in a good way....

Definetly will try, love beetroot and black . Beetroot gives you iron, very good for your blood and heart.
Black grapes is one of my favourite grapes, now in season.
People here add ginger to healthy cocktails, but I am not a fan off ginger, will add beetroot instead.
Figs are in season now, very good for your body. Eat as many you can.
