I need an Expert Advisor coder for an EA using MA, ADX and RSI

Please I need an EA with the following indicators
1. 200 period EMA applied to close (Allow option of change of EMA period)
2. ADX of period 14 with a 25 level cross facing up (Allow option of change of ADX period)
3. RSI of period 14 with a 50 level cross (Allow option of change of RSI period)
4. An indicator to signify bullish or bearish engulfing patterns

The conditions are

BUY Conditions
1. Price must be above 200EMA
2. Bullish Engulfing pattern
3. ADX 14 line must be above 25 facing up
4. RSI 14 line must be above 50 line
For 5 pips profit and 2.5 pips SL (Allow option of change of SL and TP values)


SELL Conditions
1. Price must be below 200EMA
2. Bearish Engulfing pattern
3. ADX 14 line must be above 25 facing up
4. RSI 14 line must be below 50 line
For 5 pips profit and 2.5 pips SL (Allow option of change of SL and TP values)

Specific conditions
1. For the ADX, the clause "ADX line must always be above the 25 level and rising" is very important for trade execution. If it is not possible to include, it can be left out, but the ADX line must be above 25 level before a trade is executed.
2. It should be able to trade all the currency pairs in the market watch when applied to only one chart.
3. After a loosing trade, it should multiply the lot size of the next trade for that FX pair by 1.1 (Allow change of value of multiplier)
4. Please, include trading sessions or time it should work with. preferably London and NewYork sessions.
