TFF is back but only offers cTrader, which has been banned in USA for 10 years (as I am certain you are aware)

-They are not the only ones, either. I have seen other props doing this. Strangely, I even have a broker that supposedly lost their meta license and is now offering something called PRO4. They claim that it's very similar to metatrader (it is metatrader).

From what ive seen on the futures side, there are never any claims of live trading. The T&C clearly states being paid from fee income. Tradeday will offer the choice to go live with actual account (and monthly fee's) or stay on demo with fee income. IMO they may go after is the business model. As witnessed with MFF, they did not like the model at all.

Is there any solid prop firm that offers mt4? I see a lot of them have mt5.
Anything above the line is an uptrend, below the line is a downtrend.

Now i think you pay a one time fee or monthly activation fee
How many contracts you use in NQ not very familiarized with points in indices as i trade GC and euro

If you are new to futures like me, better monthly fee first till you figure out how to trade futures and trailing DD. I have two PA apex accounts I got last week, I paid one one-time fee and one monthly. I lost the one-time fee account today due to trailing dd by trading nq. Another account, trading 6e and 6b as trading Eur and Gbp in fx prop, is still in the game.. halfway to profit withdrawal. I am going to trade what I know. Plus if you make money in the future, it will cover that monthly fee .

I agree. If you are making money the $85 monthly per account is no big deal. If you're not making money, you saved yourself $55 per account.

When you pass, as I did today, what happens? Do they send you an email after EOD? Or?

I’m only playing with one 50k acct until I get the hang of this

plus with trailing DD, how long can we keep this PA ? it will be hard, if less than 3 months, the one time fee is not worth for me ( $105 monthly vs $280 one-time fee for $150K acct)

I did one day pass, I got an email from them within an hour after market close to sign some paperwork, and paid a fee to get pa account.
But I think one day pass promotion expired, not sure nowadays the minimum trading days requirement. back to 5 days? I see they have promotion today for 3 days pass..

You are correct, the current promotion is 3day pass. Their discord server will always have the latest promotions.

The problem with FX Prop has always been their less then truthful claims. Some worse then others. Even to this day with FTMO raising flags on lots sizes, etc. Why does it matter if they are also profiting from your trades as claimed. We all knew that the marketing had an air of BS, but as long as they paid we played along. Only in the past 6-8 months has the veil been lifted and led to repercussions.

-True. But I think that even if the marketing was truthful, that they would still have a problem with the model. The marketing just helps them achieve their goal. It will be interesting to see if anything happens with the futures props.

With FX props the CFTC had non registered props acting as their own brokers, false marketing + statements around live funds, crypto payments being used (they lied to court about Kazmi's phantom personal crypto wallet to get freeze), US banned CFD's offered to US citizens and a Russian owned trading platform worried about getting banned w/ ongoing Russian sanctions in place. I think the CFTC going after futures props would be a more difficult task.
