Like pipmaster stated, Coinbase had a practice of questioning large deposits for US clients. CB has had regulators up their ass for better part of a decade.

There was no option to sell/lock, etc as deposits were frozen for review.

This is something that you as a Italian resident, probably never would not have experienced. It was and still is a common occurrence for US citizens.

Who knows man, the CFTC generally doesn't admit when they are wrong even if they lose a case. It is kind of like "oh a tornado just hit a company and it blew to shit, but we will walk away and let them clean up the mess". They have been losing a fair bit recently though, but those are more on landmark cases like elon's 420 tweet and various others similar to that. Basically the use of social media has muddied the waters so much that it has become a bit harder to prosecute without bias. However, only those who have the cash to pay for the defense to actually win are successful. As mentioned though, they sweep it under the rug and move on.

Usually Forex brokers are difficult to experiment as deposit usually big to see any profits so risk is more.

That's why trading is highly speculative.

There is no way to tell with precision exactly where price will go in the next chosen period of time.

Risking 1% per trade might keep you in the game longer than the next guy risking 3% but unless your trading strategy has an "EDGE" then you will eventually bleed out your account.

And yet there are those that make a very good living from trading.

How I hear you ask ?

They have a definite edge and they keep their risk in check.

Avoid. Their sales desk are cowboys.

There is a UK firm Hantec, that has a company in mauritius, they are decent but not amazing.

have traded long time ago with them.

Whenever i had issues with server, they make adjustments.

Have withdrawn too. Payments within 24 hrs.

After entering prop firms, i stopped with them though

No.

The reduction in leverage to maximum of 30:1 is across the board for ASIC regulated brokers.

Unless you can prove you are a wholesale client or sophisticated investor only then can you get the higher leverage along with "less protection".

At least that's what I had to do to get up to 500:1 leverage.

IC markets do not accept canadian residents straight away.

But if you are dual citizen, you can use other ID and use canadian bank for deposits and withdrawals

yes, why ? Johnson had 8kg more muscles in a very short time period which made him suspcious, which was correct assumed. Lewis was before Usain Bolt, all Gold medal winner on 100 meter sprinting.
