Quite a list, David.

I just picked up a book ($20) called Getting Started in Technical Analysis, by Jack Schwager. It describes a lot of known and not-so-known patterns along with their degree of reliability and what might be used as confirmation of each pattern. If he thinks a pattern is bunkum he'll say so. Same with indicators, testing methods, etc. The book covers much and contains a lot of truth.
Nice list. "Technical Analysis for Dummies" is also a good one. Great info in there, just an unfortunate title

i checked all the list...there's a lot of excellent sources Hanover. Thank you very much for taking your time gathering this!

I found a great link. It is the second chapter of Mark Douglas book called trading in the zone. Ive been told that it is quite popular among the traders.

This chapter is useful if you are interested in intraday trading strategies.

I was looking where to post my question about commodities and I guess this is the correct place. Thanks in advance.
Why do commodities can and will affect currency prices? I barely know some commodities affect some currencies more than others, the AUD/USD by gold and the USD/CAD by oil. Why is that?
Can commodities movements be taken as fundamentals? Such important tool. Just give me a link to go deeper please

Land rights aside. I just dug a hole in My Backyard & Oil Started spewing so high it took 20 seconds for The Gold Nuggets to land and, gotta go, the Big Three are ringing my doorbell.

btw. I Trade in Bemacs {That's my Personal currency}. not Euros or USD or even Yen.

End Result; I have commodities that are in Big Demand World Wide right here in My Back Yard.

Now for you wannabe I would like to know how did you got the info about commodities affecting the currencies. I surely want to help you but never heard of that before, If you would please let me know

Nice link, good psychology when it comes to evaluate your trading options. I read that book and it was great help when I was just getting my feet wet.
The link about chartpatterns, very cool. I was reading in rectangles and I realized with zigzag indicator we can find more than one pattern. It has been useful since I know it few days ago. The research never stops and I continue in training.
Also “trading in the zone” is complete but I just read chapter 1, I need to purchase it.

ZigZag seems to be a very good complement of momentum indicators; they show patterns and current tendencies and can establish points as confirmation of other tools.
But I don’t know if it is popular among traders I mean of public acceptance.
Do you have it between your links library hanover?
