I am replying here so not to "clog" Mr. Trend's clean poster's thread...

Insert the first indicator you want to use.
Then open the Navigator Window (Menu - View - Navigator). You will see a list of all the indicators.
Click and drag the other indicator you want to merge in the same pane inside the first indicator's pane.
You can merge several indicators in one single pane that way.
